Jesus is Lord and we pledge our complete and undivided allegiance to him. Before we are Republicans or Democrats or conservatives or progressives, we are Christians. We live in polarized times in which we’re constantly called to choose sides in an alleged culture war, and while we should stand up for what is right, we must not succumb to the temptation to place allegiance to a political party or ideology above our allegiance to Christ. Consume and post media in a way that shows Jesus, not a party or ideology, has your complete and undivided allegiance.
